On Saturday, May 30, a special sporting event took place at Love Padel Club. For the first time in the history of Kutaisi, free padel lessons were organised and conducted by Georgia’s number one professional female padel players, Monika Sitatashvili and Keto Benidze.
The event generated great interest among both beginners and experienced players. Participants had the opportunity to receive practical advice from professionals, improve their technique, and gain a better understanding of the fundamental principles of padel.
Monika Sitatashvili and Keto Benidze actively compete in both local and international padel tournaments and continue to represent Georgia as leading female padel players. Their high professional level and international experience significantly contribute to the development of padel in the country.
The athletes particularly emphasized the importance of promoting padel and engaging the younger generation in the sport, noting that such activities help grow padel culture and further expand the sport’s popularity in Georgia, especially in Kutaisi, where interest in padel continues to rise.
